I need to talk to her but I don't know what to say.?

Me and my girlfriend have been together for almost a year and recently she has started to act like she wants nothing to do with me. When she comes over she always sits on the other side of the room and when we are alone she just completely ignores me. The only time she wants ANY interaction now is for me to just scratch her back or rub her feet (I don't like feet at all so that kinda grosses me out). And all she does is look at her phone and talk to every one else except for me and when we do talk it's always her scolding me for something or another. I want to bring all this to light to her but I don't know what to say or how to bring it up, especially since every time I say anything to her like that she blows it up into an argument and makes herself seem like the victim. Any ideas?
