Short Story: A fairytale?

I like it! I'm sick of fairy tales ending all happily. Real fairy tales originally were told to scare children and teach them lessons. Like in The Little Mermaid. In the real story the mermaid dies at the end. Disney has butchered fairy tales. >.<
