Can I be homeschooled the rest of the year?

I live in Washington State, I have a few disorders that make public schooling basically impossible. [POTS, CFS, RLS, ect ect] How would I expect this to work, advice? I'm failing in mainstream since I miss so much school, I'm sure that if it's legal my school will be glad to be rid of me since I'm a liability always fainting in their classrooms XD I used to be an amazing student, straight A's..So this drop in one year has been...rather depressing if I say so myself xD
