Was mother Mary a Muslim?

I'm a Muslim and WE believe tht she was Muslim..... And yes, tha scarf is a sign of modesty. I'm 13 and I choose not to wear it (at least not right now) but I completely respect whoever chooses to. My mom does..... Lolzzzz I sounded all old and 40 in tht post anyway hope this helps!!
