Which of these reptiles is best for beginners?

Me and my boyfriend would like a reptile and the reptiles we have "access' to right now are bearded Dragons, Water Dragons, Horn Mountain Dragons, Veiled Chameleons. We have never had a reptile before, but we will do everything it takes involving research and products and care. So which do you recommend and if you could give a reason why, that would be great.
