Which professional camera should I buy?

Of those two the D5100 is what I would get.....but neither are what you would call professional. That's not saying they're no good, I think both are really good cameras. I personally don't like the feel of them. I have big hands and they are really awkward for me to hold. The reason I say that, is I think it's worth going into a camera shop and holding them both just to see which one feels better in your hands.
