How should i tell my parents...?

That I would like to go with my boyfriend to the mountains for 4 days. We're both 17& I believe my mom trusts us, we have gone out for a little over a year. His parents are going and my mom has met his mom . I am going to ask my parents maturely if I could go. I even wrote down certain conditions I will follow, if I go.
