What are the contraindications of massage in association with restless leg syndrome and renal dysfunction?

i am a massage therapist and have recently found myself working on a client with restless leg syndrome, and he has had complications of renal dysfunction in the past. when he comes in i work a little bit of deep tissue on his back and shoulders and then use usui ryodo reiki to bring his body back into a balance. there dont seem to be any contraindications in his case, as i avoid the kidney area when doing my dt work on his back, but he winds up with uncontrollable tremors and jittering for up to two hours afterward. im relatively new but iv worked on rls before and have never seen anything like this. does anybody have any feedback? i dont want to harm this client, but nobody else he has seen has been able to make the kind of progress that he has been after. (and to the naysayers out there, i was referred this client by a urologist)
