What Disneyland uniform has royal blue pants?

There are various departments throughout the park that wear those pants. Off the top of my head they have worn them on Space Mountain, Innoventions, Star Tours, Autopia, in Toon Town, and other area that attractions might be stationed like along the parade route or near the entrance to Toon Town. I think they may wear them on the Monorail too.
